Bert & Ernie (those twins that the doctor keeps telling me I'm having) are doing swell! I had a NT scan (nuchal translucency scan) last Friday and it went great. Bert (Baby A) is measuring 2 days behind schedule but my doc said that's perfectly normal but he's just going to keep an eye on it. Ernie (Baby B) is measuring right where he/she is suppose to be. Everything else looks a-okay! We still have to wait three weeks for the complete results because that is how long the blood tests take to come back. On next Monday we have just another regular OB check up.
I was also 13 weeks on Tuesday! Bert and Ernie are now the size of peaches. Well Ernie is; Bert's a like a mini-peach. Babies are forming teeth and the vocal cords they'll be using to scream at us for the next 18 years... The babies apparently look a little more human-like this week and a little less martian-alien looking.
And now I think I'm getting a cold... great. Can September come any sooner?!
